Hi there! In my experience, reaching goals may not be as easy as we think it would be. There are a lot of things to consider. Including family, friends, co-workers and most especially, ourselves. We tend to limit ourselves into what other people think we can achieve. Sometimes we set these goals as a second option until we feel that we're ready for it. But the sad news is, we will never be ready. We're waiting for that time "to be ready" that doesn't actually exist. So for us to reach out goals means to give up that mindset that there is a "right time" for everything. If you want it now, simply "Do it now".
