What I have noticed is that success begins within ourselves. Once we realize how important self-love is, we will become more aware of what is true about ourselves and be confident on our own skin.
Stop hating yourself.
You only have YOU. Being negative about yourself will only make you feel down. It won't help you in any way. Be cautious of the words coming out your mouth when you are describing yourself. Because what you say about yourself will later manifest in your life.
90% of what you think you are, is how people will see you.
If you believe you are a failure, you'll attract more failures in your life. If you say you're no good, you'll eventually see your self in the corner doing nothing. Things like this in your mind will affect your progress in life. So be more careful about judging yourself. Remember, what you believe you are is what you will become.

This strategy helped me a lot along my journey. Whenever I was feeling down, I would comfort and help myself to stand up again and fight. There's nothing wrong facing the mirror reminding your self the good things about you. Try to be your own best friend.
Majority of the people in this world can easily notice negative things around them, I don't know about that but it is so easy for us humans to criticize and find something negative about anything. Becoming your own best friend means you start uplifting your self and be grateful for what you have. A tap on the back and self hug is not a bad thing anyway.

It may be about your job, your self, your food or even the people around you. Take a pause for a moment and redirect your mindset into what is positive.
